Q: Can I see what you are doing on my project before you finish it?
A: Absolutely, we make sure you receive regular updates of print design progress and also provide access to your web design projects. 


Q:Can I adjust the design as we go?
A: Yes, flexibility is an important part of our process, and is vital in determining a successful outcome of your project; however, big changes will affect budget and schedule.


Q:Who owns the code and designs for a web design project?
A: You do! Before we begin work, we sit down with you and put a contract agreement in place that will give you ownership of all deliverables once payment is made in full.


Q:What happens when you are done with our website? Who maintains our site for us?
A: We build every new website on a content management platform that enables each client to maintain their own website if they wish; however, you also have the option to let us take care your web maintenance for you. We charge an hourly fee for this.


Q:How much is this going to cost me?
A: Once we know more detail about your project, we can give you an estimate.
